Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns on Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Magic Straws products that have been opened or used. Once the packaging seal is broken, the product is considered non-returnable.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our products. We appreciate your understanding.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided:
- The product packaging is sealed and in original condition
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The product has not been damaged or altered
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting us.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for an unopened product or report a damaged item:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets our return policy requirements, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
